We’re looking for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of integration, reliability, and customer success
. You’ll work directly with major global partners — from telecom suppliers to hyperscalers — ensuring that Aduna’s platform and APIs are integrated smoothly, run reliably, and scale securely.

• Integrate & Deliver :
  Connect Aduna’s platform with global telecom operators, CPaaS providers, and hyperscalers.
• Troubleshoot & Solve :
  Dive deep into API and platform issues, guiding customers through integration challenges.
• Deploy & Evolve :
  Configure, test, and operate cloud-native services across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Keep It Reliable :
  Monitor, patch, and improve systems to ensure stability, security, and high availability.
• Collaborate & Support :
  Work directly with suppliers and customers, lead technical discussions, and join an on‑call rotation (about once every 4 weeks).
• Standardize & Share :
  Build playbooks, runbooks, and documentation to improve how integrations and operations are delivered.

• 3+ years of experience in system integration or cloud operations
  .
• Strong background in system integration and testing
  .
• Hands‑on skills with Kubernetes ,
  Helm , and Terraform (FluxCD a plus).
• Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Shell, etc.).
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting cloud-native apps
  .
• Familiarity with observability tools (New Relic, ELK, Thanos, etc.).
• Security‑aware mindset with experience handling sensitive data.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem‑solving attitude.

• Knowledge of SRE practices
