Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and system design of Voice AI
• Operate and enhance real-time model serving systems

• Provide technical mentorship through regular reviews
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Experience in low-latency, real-time systems
• Strong coding skills, especially in Python
