As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will work closely with Malik Lewis, the Software Development Manager, to implement impactful software solutions within the Integrated Health Platform. Focusing on API design and application development, your role contributes to meaningful healthcare experiences for clients and their employees. Engage in code reviews and documentation to raise the overall standard of team engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain scalable applications and API services
• Work alongside product teams to assess and prioritize tasks
• Write clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Develop readable, testable, and maintainable code
• Mentor other developers to enhance team capabilities
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience with distributed systems and APIs
• Strong skills in data structures and scalable solutions
• Clear communication skills with various team roles
• Proven knowledge in Python, React Native, and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL is advantageous
