Key responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :
- Dev Ops Scope:
Responsible for CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance, containerized infrastructure deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, and automation through Git Hub Actions and Jenkins. - Analyze, estimate, and refine user stories within the Equity Finance Trading Systems domain
- Evaluate and recommend technical and non-technical solutions (tactical vs. strategic), including timeline assessments
- Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather requirements and obtain approvals
- Develop code, deployment plans, and technical upgrades in line with development standards
- Coordinate with users to define test plans and acceptance criteria
- Participate in testing activities, document results, and review outcomes with end users
- Contribute to large-scale software implementations, including quarterly releases and new functionality deployments
- Develop and implement internal user reports and data extracts upon request
Qualifications and Skills:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to work with complex information systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and methodical approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong team-oriented mindset
