We are looking for an experienced software quality professional who wants to help transform our testing practices by leveraging both automation best practices and the emerging capabilities of AI agents. • Analyze functional, technical, and business requirements to identify risks, ambiguities, and critical scenarios;
• Define testing strategies based on risk, business value, and feature complexity;
• Collaborate with product and development teams to establish clear and measurable acceptance criteria;
• Recommend improvements to enhance solution testability from the design stage onward;
• Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate requirements analysis, propose test scenarios, and improve the quality of analyses while applying critical judgment to the results generated;
• Identify automation opportunities from the earliest stages of development.

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automated tests;
• Contribute to the evolution of automation frameworks;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;
• Improve the coverage, stability, and maintainability of automated tests;
• Identify the scenarios that offer the greatest return on investment for automation;
• Contribute to improving automation best practices;
• Help improve software quality by recommending practices that promote stability and maintainability, reduce defects, and increase test coverage.

• Contribute to the evolution of the team’s quality assurance practices by recommending improvements based on observed results, identified risks, and industry best practices;
• Recommend improvements to quality assurance processes, methods, and tools;
• Contribute to improving AI-augmented quality assurance practices;
