Ce poste à temps plein permet de travailler depuis votre pays d'origine sans démarche d'immigration au Canada. Vous apporterez votre expertise en workflows, intégrations, et Service Portal. Un contrat sécurisé vous attend, offrant une rémunération supérieure au marché local.
Key Responsibilities:
• Développer et configurer Service Now (workflows, business rules)
• Concevoir et maintenir des intégrations (REST API, MID Server)
• Développer sur Service Portal (JavaScript, HTML)
• Appliquer les bonnes pratiques Service Now pour les mises à jour
• Participer aux revues techniques et à la formation des équipes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience avec Service Now
• Maîtrise d'un module ITSM, CSM ou SPM
• Compétences élevées en JavaScript et CSS
• Français courant à l’oral et à l’écrit
• Disponibilité pour collaborer avec le fuseau du Québec
