Location: Montreal
As part of the development team, you contribute every day to building innovative digital products with the ambition to change the world, no matter of their scale or industry. Equally comfortable on the front-end and back-end, it's this versatility that allows you to navigate fluidly across the different layers of a product and grasp its full complexity. Your passion for development naturally pushes you to embrace challenging problems and stay at ahead of the curve.
What drives your pride isn't just shipping great products and services: it's the craft and collaboration behind them. That's why you're always drawn to surround yourself with the most talented people, believing that growth is best achieved together.
You collaborate on the design and delivery of world-class digital products, including web applications, Cloud Native services, and back-end integrations. You contribute to architecture decisions and propose improvements to reduce complexity and optimize the user experience. You fully commit with your team to driving projects from idea to delivery, never losing sight of quality and efficiency. You show up fully in agile ceremonies and technical discussions, bringing your expertise and perspective to shape product direction, whatever your role on the team.
You proactively surface opportunities for improvement and champion innovative solutions that push projects forward. You leverage AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully and responsibly to sharpen your productivity and raise the quality of your work. You contribute to Dev Ops aspects: CI/CD pipelines, deployment, observability, and secrets management best practices. You work closely with the UX/UI team to craft innovative, high-quality user experiences.
You're confident engaging directly with clients, presenting technical solutions clearly and guiding teams toward stronger practices.
You are passionate and results-driven: someone who can cut through complexity, prioritize what matters, and make sound decisions in a wide range of situations to deliver high-quality products and services. You communicate confidently in both English and French in a professional setting. You have solid front-end experience with modern frameworks and languages such as Type Script, React, or Angular, and you're comfortable on the back-end with technologies like Elixir, .NET,
or Python. You also have some experience with REST or GraphQL web services, as well as a good understanding of modern deployment tools and Dev Ops principles. Your natural curiosity and enthusiasm lead you to continuously learn and readily adapt to a variety of stacks depending on the needs of each project. You have a solid understanding of AI fundamentals, use it responsibly in your day-to-day workflows, and are comfortable with AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
You've consistently shown autonomy and initiative throughout your career, and both your technical abilities and your collaborative nature make the people around you better. You have a deep, well-rounded command of software development and architecture fundamentals, knowledge built through years of meaningful, real-world experience.
