RBC seeks a motivated Associate Fullstack Developer to enhance technical workflows and code management strategies. You will be developing innovative solutions, performing testing, and working closely with a dynamic global team to drive excellence in project Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Code within technology stacks like Java, Spring Boot
• Handle code merging and branching with Git
• Create and conduct unit, system, and acceptance tests
• Communicate effectively with global RBC teams
• Employ GenAI for developer productivity improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• Development experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Understanding of testing frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
