** here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :*
* • act as a facilitator and technical reference to support the squad in achieving operational excellence;

• promote software engineering best practices through mentoring, code reviews, collaborative programming, and knowledge sharing;

• contribute to the resolution of complex issues, the reduction of technical debt and the consistent evolution of products;

• participate in the design, development, documentation, maintenance and evolution of secure, stable and maintainable java solutions;

• guide technical decisions by promoting pragmatic choices, understood and shared by the team;

• evolve unit, integration, functional and end-to-end testing strategies by favoring automation and bdd approaches when relevant;

• stimulate continuous improvement by proposing experiments and standards that promote quality, safety, maintainability and efficiency of deliveries;

• collaborate with business and technology partners to analyze needs, evaluate options, and recommend solutions tailored to priorities, risks, and delivery constraints.

* • have real-world experience in a scrum team or in an agile environment;

• proficient in software engineering practices that promote quality and continuous delivery, including scalable design, code reviews, merge requests, automated testing, continuous integration and continuous deployment, observability, and technical debt management;

• demonstrate the ability to set pragmatic standards, explain their value and support their adoption;

• experience mentoring, facilitating technical discussions, and supporting developers to improve their practices;

• knowledge of clean code principles, design patterns, software architecture, and application security practices;

• demonstrate mobilizing leadership that promotes collaboration, autonomy and team participation;

• demonstrate a capacity for positive influence and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders;

• adopt a coaching posture that promotes skills development and continuous improvement;

• be proficient in java 8 and later, spring boot, jsp, struts, maven, junit, and json technologies;

• know rest apis, soap, jms, and mq services;
