Proficiency in Java 8+, JUnit, Spring Boot, and CI/CD practices is essential for crafting stable and maintainable solutions while promoting coding best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a technical reference for the squad
• Promote best practices through mentoring and coding reviews
• Resolve complex issues and evolve technical solutions
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Java applications
• Enhance testing strategies favoring automation and BDD
Requirements:
• Experience in agile environments and Scrum teams
• Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and design patterns
• Strong background in automated testing and CI/CD
• Leadership skills to influence technical choices
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and SQL
