Accelerate batch development with the Batch Developer Experience team a Software Engineer, your role will enhance workflows and improve testing reliability.
In this position, you will collaborate with product and infrastructure engineers to build tools that optimize batch workloads. You will break down projects into manageable tasks, ensuring timely delivery with the support of your tech lead. Through collaboration with product management and design, you’ll articulate technical constraints and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and streamline tools for batch development
• Collaborate with engineers on workflow improvements
• Create, monitor, and escalate metrics as needed
• Engage in team community through interviews and growth activities
• Support on-call efforts to ensure operational availability
Requirements:
• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin programming
• Strong understanding of distributed systems (AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
