Build and support Lightspeed’s Service Now platform with JavaScript, ITSM, and HRSD expertise in a flexible work environment. Develop technical solutions across enterprise workflows and integrations.
As a hands-on Service Now Developer, you will configure, develop, and administer development, staging, and production instances. You will support ITSM and HRSD applications while extending platform capabilities through custom development and third-party integrations. The work includes stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting, releases, and platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Service Now applications, workflows, scripts, and catalog components
- Design and troubleshoot REST, SOAP, OAuth, and webhook integrations
- Monitor platform health and optimize scripts and flows
- Support ITSM and HRSD workflows and automations
- Manage roles, ACLs, permissions, upgrades, and releases
- Hands-on Service Now development and administration experience
- Strong JavaScript, Glide Record, and Glide Ajax scripting skills
- Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog development
- Understanding of ITSM processes and Service Now solutions
- Complex troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
