Location: Montreal
Drive Spring Boot 3.x integration engineering at ML arteka, combining hands-on backend development with distributed team leadership and delivery oversight.
As Technical Lead, you will guide an enterprise integration workstream from architectural design through production-quality implementation. Your focus includes REST APIs, orchestration services, coding standards, code reviews, and secure backend engineering. You will work with the Solution Architect and Integration Delivery Lead to maintain alignment with target architecture, commitments, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert Solution Architect designs into implementation tasks
Establish coding standards and lead code reviews
Own APIs creating and retrieving core business records
Connect business records through orchestration services
Champion performance, concurrency, testability, and security practices
Requirements:
10+ years of backend development experience
4+ years in technical leadership managing developers
Strong Spring Boot 3.x and Spring Framework 6 experience
Experience designing contract-first REST APIs
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or Git Hub Actions
Use Spring Boot, contract-first APIs, and technical leadership to build reliable enterprise integration services at ML arteka.
