Build AI agents for renewals and expansion at Share Gate, using low-code orchestration, Python or Type Script, and SQL remotely across Canada.
As GTM Developer, Expansion & Retention, you will connect customer signals with revenue actions for Workleap Technologies. You will ship agentic workflows for Account Management and Sales. The work spans usage data, support interactions, renewal dates, and Hub Spot.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor renewal health and flag at-risk accounts early
- Design agentic cross-sell motions for existing customers
- Connect product usage systems with the CRM
- Replace manual workflows with reusable pipeline modules
- Report on pipeline, conversions, renewals, and revenue impact
- Rev Ops, marketing operations, customer success operations, or GTM engineering background
- Hands-on n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar experience
- Python or Type Script knowledge for integrations and transformation
- Agentic tools, MCP connectors, and LLM workflow fluency
- Working SQL and strong CRM data modeling skills
