Build reusable financial products in Montréal with Sweet Tech, using software fundamentals and autonomous agentic development systems. This full-time role is on-site.
As a Junior Product Engineer, you will receive on-the-job training and guidance from experienced engineers. You will learn SweetOS architecture, financial workflows, shared building blocks, and internal development life cycles. Your work will define intent, direct agents, and validate results.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver features and fixes under experienced engineer supervision
- Translate financial requirements into clear agent tasks
- Develop flows, interfaces, and API capabilities
- Test scenarios, edge cases, bugs, and generated changes
- Document behavior and identify reusable capabilities
- Understanding of APIs, data models, testing, and debugging
- Understanding of frontend and backend component interactions
- Evidence completing and explaining a technical project
- Curiosity, clear communication, and willingness to ask questions
- Authorization to work in Canada;
Montréal on-site availability
Develop financial applications through SweetOS by applying engineering judgment, testing discipline, communication, and careful agent validation.
