* Vous possédez un diplôme de licence en transport et logistique ou une expérience équivalente dans ce domaine d'activité ;
* Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du transport ou un poste similaire, avec connaissance du marché nord-américain, des opérations de transport

* general cargo* ;

* Handle, arrange and follow all transportation requests end to end from our different customers;
* Handle oversized and general cargo transportation operations and requirements of the A220 program;
* Ensure effective execution of all transportation activities for incoming and outgoing material with our different service providers;
* Ensure the daily follow-up of all transportation activities with the service providers and communicate with internal clients;
* Be accountable for all orders to be shipped and delivered on the agreed dates;
* Be accountable for smooth transportation processes and update them;
* Ensure compliance with international (air, ocean and ground) transportation and customs rules for oversized and general cargo;
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies;
* Be a key contact for all transport operations for the A220 program;
* Be the interface and have good communication with all internal business departments to support on-time deliveries with the Logistics Department, Procurement, Supply and Production;
* Measure, consolidate, update and follow the KPIs;
* Participate in the operational monthly review with our different service providers;
* Work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation (once per month) to handle urgent shipments;
* Be proactive and able to propose back-up solutions when facing a transport issue.
* You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Transport and Logistics or equivalent background in training and/or relevant experience;
* You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
* You have good knowledge of the North American transportation market;
* You have solid knowledge of oversized transportation by ground and ocean, and also of general cargo (air and ocean);
* You are stress resistant;
* You are customer-oriented;
* You are logical, proactive and reactive, and always one step ahead of the demands;
* You have good interaction and communication skills at all levels, both inside and outside the organization;
* You follow internal processes, rules and company policies;
* You are organized, conscientious, methodical and rigorous;
* You are quality service-oriented;
* You have a strong team spirit;
