Overview
Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, you will play a key role in managing, planning, communicating, and coordinating aircraft inspections and return-to-service activities. You will be responsible for a fleet of multiple aircraft, in compliance with Transport Canada regulations. You will work closely with maintenance teams to ensure data accuracy, effective communication, regulatory compliance, and the optimization of maintenance operations.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and perform maintenance tasks using the maintenance tracking software (CAMP) and findings reported by flight crews.
- Ensure follow-ups, communications, and shift handovers within the teams.
- Ensure maintenance programs comply with Transport Canada requirements.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of technical aircraft data.
- Collaborate with internal teams (maintenance, operations).
- Participate in continuous improvement of tracking and compliance processes.
- Perform other clerical duties as required.
- College diploma (DEC) or College Certificate (AEC) in Aeronautical Mechanics, or equivalent training.
- Strong communicator and leader.
- Able to quickly and consistently adjust priorities to align with operational needs.
- Capable of managing a team of approximately ten people.
- Experience coordinating maintenance within an aviation organization.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of CAMP software.
- Eligible to obtain an Identification Card for Regulated Zones (CIZR).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Possession of one or more Transport Canada licenses (ideally M2), or relevant experience.
- Experience with Bombardier, Textron, Dassault, Embraer, or Pilatus aircraft.
- Strong understanding of regulated maintenance environments.
- Knowledge of Corridor software.
