Oversee flight operations as a Flight Coordinator and Operations Control Center Supervisor at Starlink Aviation. Work collaboratively with pilots and maintenance to enhance safety and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

This supervisory role places you at the heart of operational success, ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and optimizing team workflows. You will manage logistics and maintain essential communication across various departments within a 24/7 operations framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise flight coordination and support activities

• Collaborate with maintenance to address operational issues

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines

• Optimize schedules for pilots and operations teams

• Act as primary contact for client documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in aviation operations

• Strong knowledge of flight planning regulations

• Bilingual in English and French is essential
