Enhance aviation safety as an Aeronautical Database Analyst with Air Canada, specializing in Flight Management System databases and data governance. Your work will directly impact flight safety and operational efficiency.

You will manage the validation and release cycles of navigation databases used by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge, and Air Canada Jetz fleets. With over 3 years of experience in aeronautical services, you will ensure compliance with aviation regulations and operational standards. Your analysis and resolution of navigation data issues will enhance safety and assist flight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of FMS and TAWS databases

• Validate and authorize navigation data releases for compliance

• Evaluate aeronautical data changes and initiate alerts

• Support resolution of navigation anomalies affecting safety

• Validate and maintain aeronautical procedure coding

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in aviation or engineering

• Minimum 3 years in Flight Operations or Aeronautical Services

• Knowledge of ICAO standards and ARINC coding

• Proficiency in FMS and TAWS vendor software platforms

• Strong analytical and technical decision-making skills
