Join Joseph Ribkoff as a Logistics Coordinator at the Montreal Corporate Head Office. This role is critical for managing supplier relations, shipment tracking, and ensuring timely deliveries.
In this position, you will report to the Logistics Supervisor, acting as the key liaison between internal teams like Design and Sourcing and international suppliers. Your expertise in international logistics will ensure that production meets quality standards and timelines. Communication with manufacturers and coordinating shipments will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for all overseas suppliers
• Control and verify invoices from suppliers
• Communicate daily with manufacturers on delivery status
• Arrange and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide timely data to all production departments
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in international logistics
• College diploma in logistics is an asset
• Proficient in working with multiple systems
