Become a Fed Ex Canada Courier, delivering packages with efficiency and professionalism on your assigned routes. You'll play a key role in maintaining service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will check shipments for conformity to service features and deliver outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates should possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to manage heavy packages. Flexibility in your schedule is essential to accommodate customer needs, alongside the capability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute pick-up and delivery of packages efficiently
• Verify shipments against service standards
• Engage with customers to resolve queries and issues
• Maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Capable of lifting 70 lbs comfortably
• Bilingual skills an asset in Quebec
