Join Uni First as a Field Route Service Representative, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and fostering customer relationships while on the move.
In this dynamic role, you will be the face of Uni First, managing your deliveries and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include operating a delivery truck, tackling daily tasks efficiently, and building rapport with customers as you identify opportunities for sales growth. Your proactive approach to service will drive our company's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on the route
• Load and unload trucks to prepare for daily operations
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while satisfying customer needs
• Grow customer relationships by addressing their concerns
• Identify and leverage upsell opportunities for customer benefit
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license
• High school diploma or CAEC required
• Strong independent and customer service skills
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with technology for improved service
