In this pivotal role, you will combine your customer service experience with your organizational skills to oversee logistics aligned with aircraft maintenance needs. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve operational challenges and facilitate swift communication that enhances client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize logistical coordination based on aircraft maintenance

• Manage Service Bulletins and other essential communications

• Work with suppliers and Bombardier service centers

• Track incorporation status and component rates in the fleet

• Offer visibility on fleet progress and service issues
Requirements:

• Minimum three years in customer service

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in both French and English

• Experience with Microsoft tools and SAP essential

• Familiarity with the aircraft industry preferred
