OperationsPAL Airlines is proud to be an Air Canada Express carrier, partnering with Air Canada to support and strengthen regional air service across Eastern Canada. Since our first Air Canada Express flight in 2023, our partnership has continued to grow, expanding our fleet and our role in connecting communities across Eastern Canada.
Flight Line MaintenanceOur Flight Line Maintenance involves maintenance checks and repairs carried out on the flight line between flights or overnight. The Flight Line team performs layover checks up to A‑checks, expert troubleshooting, engine changes, and propeller replacements. Our team currently maintains DHC‑8 aircraft.

Qualifications & Skills- Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or equivalent experience (e.g., ICs).
- Preferred: M2 or E licence or equivalent rating.
- Experience in flight line operations is an asset.
- Experience on Dash‑8‑100/200/300 and/or Dash‑8‑400 is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal, decision‑making, organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations.
- Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational or unforeseen situations.
