Become a vital link in aviation operations as a Customer Liaison Pilot at Bombardier, providing essential support for the Challenger 600 and 300 series. Your expertise enhances customer satisfaction and operational standards.
As a Customer Liaison Pilot, you will be at the forefront of interactions between Bombardier, its clients, and external partners. Responsibilities extend from addressing technical inquiries to defining operational standards and participating in regulatory initiatives. This role demands a focus on best practices and includes presenting at major industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly respond to operational and technical inquiries on Challenger series

• Coordinate internal responses with engineering and operational teams

• Promote Bombardier operational standards through effective communication

• Participate in industry events and advisory committee meetings

• Develop and maintain documentation for customer flights
Requirements:

• Hold valid FAA and Transport Canada ATP licenses

• Minimum 2,500 hours of multi-crew experience required

• Flight experience with Challenger 600 and 300 series

• Valid Class 1 Medical certificate

• Strong communication skills, with French as an asset
