We are currently seeking qualified applicants for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with our Maintenance (M2), and Avionics (E) teams to join our growing crew of dedicated aviation professionals supporting our maintenance operations bo
th in Montreal and on a rotational basis.

Our Operations:

PAL Airlines is proud to be an Air Canada Express carrier, partnering with Air Canada to support and strengthen regional air service across Eastern Canada. Since our first Air Canada Express flight in 2023, our partnership has continued to grow, expanding our fleet and our role in connecting communities throughout Eastern Canada. This collaboration creates exciting opportunities for our team by serving more passengers and reaching more markets across Eastern Canada.

Our Flight Line Maintenance involves all maintenance checks and repairs carried out in the flight line, i.e. between flights or overnights. The work done by our Flight Line team includes layover checks up to A-checks, expert troubleshooting, engine changes, and propeller replacements.

Our team currently maintains DHC-8 aircrafts

Qualifications & Skills:

Required
:
Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent experience through a program such as ICS;
Preferred
: M2, or E license or equivalent rating.

Experience in flight line operations would be considered an asset;

Experience on the following aircraft is preferred:

Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400

The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;

Troubleshooting skills;

Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization and communication skills; and

Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations.

Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
