As an essential member of Roam’s operations team, you'll coordinate vehicle movements and ensure readiness for customer use. You will interact closely with the City Manager while solving problems, overseeing vehicle inspections, and monitoring operational effectiveness. Your support will be key to maintaining high standards of service and improving fleet performance across the city.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle movements
• Manage vehicle inspections and quality checks
• Ensure vehicles are cleansed and fueled/charged
• Monitor operational KPIs and communicate issues
• Provide field support for customer resolutions
Requirements:
• 1+ years in logistics or transport-related fields
• Strong detail orientation and ability to manage priorities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Clean driver’s license required
• Familiarity with operational software and apps
