Roam is seeking an Operations Associate in Ottawa to streamline our fleet operations and enhance customer experiences. Contribute your expertise as you manage vehicle readiness and daily execution across the city.
This hands-on role provides essential support to fleet operations directly under the City Manager's guidance. You'll take charge of vehicle inspections, coordinate movements, and solve customer issues creatively. Your operational excellence will shine as you identify process improvements and manage key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with fleet operations and vehicle management
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks
• Ensure vehicles are customer-ready and clean
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations
• Monitor KPIs and report findings to management
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in logistics or operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Clean G-class driver’s license required
• Proficient with spreadsheets and operational software
• Self-starter capable of independent work
