You will oversee post-sale operations, manage client interactions, and coordinate cross-department communications to streamline processes. Strong organizational skills will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls and client requests adeptly
• Enter data for documents related to imports and exports
• Facilitate communication across various internal and external teams
• Confirm compliance of shipping documents with company standards
• Collaborate with transporters on logistical solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of logistics or customer service experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of 3PL logistics (required)
