Your role
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Operations at Starlink Aviation, you will be the first point of contact for our corporate clients and carry out technical tasks while acting as a company ambassador to clients.
This role includes supervising the Assistant Coordinator and preparing transportation logistics. You will organize travel arrangements including both air and ground transportation; prepare customs documentation (Canadian or international); ensure catering and hotel services are handled; request documents from clients via email and phone; after flights perform data entry; follow up on invoices and purchase orders for the closing of supplier accounts;
and any other tasks deemed necessary by the flight coordination department.
Skills
- Bilingual (spoken French and English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in international aviation and/or air ambulance operations
- Experience with Canadian and international customs regulations and/or aviation regulations
- Knowledge of Canadian regulations 604, 703, and 704 (an asset)
- Degree in tourism, flight operations, or event management (an asset)
- Familiarity with a flight operations management tool, e.g., FOS (an asset)

Work schedule 10-hour rotating shifts, hybrid (on-site and remote).
