• Maintain and validate flight crew capacity planners monthly and quarterly

• Coordinate with teams on aircraft readiness initiatives

• Participate actively in daily scheduling meetings

• Create a digital dashboard for Flight Operations scheduling

• Support management in Flight Operations documentation review
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant aviation experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Understanding of flight crew duty restrictions

• Flexibility to work after hours, including weekends

• Proficiency in various scheduling software and Microsoft applications
