Take your aircraft maintenance skills to new heights in Dorval as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician with an avionics focus. Ensure the highest safety standards in aircraft maintenance and certification.
This role under the Director of Maintenance involves executing scheduled maintenance tasks and certifying aircraft after maintenance completion. You will tackle defects discovered during inspections and maintain accurate records of actions taken. Your functional knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures is vital in upholding operational integrity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance tasks as per scheduled directives
• Certify aircraft post-maintenance as operationally safe
• Resolve defects identified during inspections or reported by crew
• Adhere strictly to maintenance procedures and manuals
• Document all maintenance activities accurately
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of relevant aviation experience required
• Must have a valid Transport Canada AME Category E licence
• Skilled in using computers and diagnostic tools
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance specifications
• Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status necessary
