As a courier with Fed Ex Canada, you will provide vital delivery services in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a good driving record, and prior experience in customer service. A key aspect of this role is being physically capable of lifting heavy packages while also maintaining compliance with service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pick-ups and deliveries of packages effectively

• Ensure all shipments meet Fed Ex Canada service guidelines

• Support customers by handling inquiries and service needs

• Operate in varying schedules based on operational demands

• Maintain and monitor compliance with driving safety standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or educational equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a strong driving record

• Experience in customer-oriented roles

• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely

• Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
