Join Groupe Dynamite Inc. as an Outbound Logistics Specialist, overseeing outbound shipments from retail stores and ensuring compliance across borders. This role focuses on timely deliveries and meticulous documentation.
Located in Montréal, GDI seeks an experienced professional with strong skills in import documentation and logistics coordination. You will manage daily transport operations to the USA and UK while collaborating with carriers and handling urgent shipping needs. Your expertise in international trade and compliance will drive success in this vital role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage outbound ground and air transport to retail and e-commerce
• Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations
• Coordinate logistics for store openings, renovations, and closures
• Audit and verify freight billing and system configurations
• Monitor performance and address transit issues proactively
Requirements:
• DEC or AEC in Finance, Business Administration, or related
• 5+ years logistics experience with customs broker interaction
• CIFFA certification or equivalent in international freight forwarding
• Proficiency in Oracle Retail Management System and Windows
• Bilingual in French and English for daily communications
