Join Canada Post as an On-Call Letter Carrier in Granby, QC and help deliver important parcels and mail to your neighborhood. This role involves all-weather delivery and requires physical endurance.
In this temporary position, you will be responsible for sorting, loading, and delivering mail and packages. Your day starts at the depot, where you prepare your deliveries before hitting the road. The role is perfect for individuals who thrive outdoors and take pride in serving Canadians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort daily deliveries at the depot
• Drive a Canada Post postal vehicle
• Deliver mail by foot or vehicle
• Return to unload incoming mail
Requirements:
• Class 5 or Class G driver's license needed
• At least 3 years of safe driving experience
• Ability to lift up to 22.7 kg regularly
• Must be on-call for shifts
• English or French language skills required
