Become an AOG Logistics Coordinator at Bombardier, ensuring seamless aircraft service recovery. Work in a flexible, hybrid environment while coordinating crucial support activities.
In this role at Bombardier’s Customer Response Center, you will coordinate logistics across various teams, including Field Service Representatives and Senior Management, during AOG events. You will oversee the logistics needed to return aircraft to service and communicate with customers and vendors until issues are resolved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with departments to support aircraft service recovery
• Oversee logistics during AOG events and ensure readiness
• Interface with customers and vendors for timely resolutions
• Manage logistics of specific medium-term aircraft events
Requirements:
• College diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or 10 years aviation experience
• Comprehensive understanding of Global platform and Challenger
• Strong English proficiency in communication
• Competence in MS Office applications
• Availability for rotating shifts
