Join Bombardier in Dorval, QC, as a Pilot Liaison for the Challenger 600 and 300 series. This role emphasizes operational support and collaboration with customers and departments to enhance flight operations.

As the Customer Liaison Pilot, you will connect operators with Bombardier’s internal teams, offering insights and expertise crucial to operational success. You'll ensure customers receive top-tier support, ensuring a seamless flight experience while defining operational standards and facilitating training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as contact for technical and operational queries

• Establish and promote Bombardier's operational standards

• Provide customer and internal team support

• Assist with Functionality & Confidence flights

• Present operational insights at conferences and forums

Requirements:

• Minimum 2,500 hours of multi-crew flight time

• Current FAA and Transport Canada ATP licenses

• Valid Class 1 Medical certificate required

• Experience in high-tech cockpit environments

• Strong communication skills;
French is a plus
