Logistics Coordinator – 3PL / Road Transportation

An international company recognized in the logistics industry is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join its team located in Saint‑Laurent, West Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation movements, mainly in road transportation, with a volume of approximately 6 to 8 loads per day. The role is mainly focused on domestic transportation, while also offering exposure to import and export files.

• Stable schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.

• Coordinate daily shipments with clients, carriers and internal teams
• Mainly manage domestic transportation movements, as well as import/export files
• Track loads in real time and ensure system updates
• Prioritize urgent matters, resolve operational issues and ensure strong customer service
• Work with carriers on LTL and FTL movements

• Experience in logistics, transportation, 3PL, dispatch or freight coordination
• Good understanding of road transportation, ideally in a 3PL environment
• Knowledge of LTL and/or FTL
• Ability to manage several files at the same time
• Bilingual in French and English to communicate with both French‑speaking and English‑speaking clients
