Position: Ramp Service Manager at WestJet YUL

Lead ramp operations at West Jet in YUL as the Ramp Service Manager. Drive safety and operational excellence while enhancing guest and employee experiences.

As a Ramp Service Manager, you will work closely with West Jet’s Hub Control Centre, our ground handler, and various internal and external stakeholders. This role entails overseeing daily ramp operations, ensuring smooth aircraft movement, and maintaining high performance metrics. Your leadership will be crucial to maximizing efficiency, safety, and service quality in baggage and cargo operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily ramp operations including aircraft and baggage movement

• Provide leadership for all below wing activities

• Monitor aircraft movements and develop proactive solutions

• Guide IROP activities with Hub Control Centre teams

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of airline operations experience

• Strong ramp operations and leadership background

• Ability to obtain and maintain RAIC

• Valid driver's license and YUL AVOP preferred

• Exceptional communication and mentorship skills
