As the Ramp Service Manager at West Jet, you will oversee ramp operations at YUL, ensuring operational metrics are met. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, capable of balancing guest needs with ground service partner resources. Your experience in airline operations and leadership drives results across all ramp activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee aircraft and baggage operations for efficiency
• Lead tactical planning for operational improvements
• Handle incident investigations and compliance audits
• Guide operations teams during daily briefings
• Communicate with Ground Handler's management on performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in airline operations
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Current RAIC and valid AVOP preferred
• Ability to work on a rotating schedule
• Skilled in PC applications including Power BI
