Aircraft Maintenance Manager

Position: Aircraft Maintenance Manager at KASI Aviation
Location: Dorval

Lead aircraft maintenance operations with KASI Aviation Services Inc. as the Aircraft Maintenance Manager. Drive compliance with Transport Canada regulations and oversee both hangar and field maintenance.

In this pivotal role reporting to the Accountable Executive, your expertise will shape the safety and reliability of our aircraft. You will need a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer M1 license and a strong background in maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Your skills in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues will be key to ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage line maintenance activities in the hangar

• Travel for on-field maintenance events with aircraft

• Conduct preventative maintenance and document all work

• Liaise with Transport Canada and coordinate planned maintenance

• Oversee Quality Assurance Program compliance

Requirements:

• Valid AME License “M” from Transport Canada (M1)

• Minimum 5 years of civil or military aircraft maintenance

• Experience with TIO-540 engines essential

• Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in English and intermediate French verbal skills
