Join GFL as a Residential Recycling Driver, collecting recycling materials and supporting sustainability in your community. This role requires a DZ license and offers a consistent work schedule.
As a Recycling Driver with GFL, you'll be responsible for efficiently collecting and transporting residential recycling. You must have a valid DZ license and maintain a clean driver’s abstract. This physically demanding role requires lifting containers weighing up to 20 lbs. You will adhere to company policies and the delivery schedule to ensure effective service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform frequent residential recycling stops throughout the day
• Lift recycling containers safely and transport them to designated sites
• Follow all safety protocols and municipal regulations
• Maintain punctuality according to delivery schedules
• Ensure a clean driving record and vehicle maintenance
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid DZ license and clean driver’s abstract
• Physically capable of handling lifting tasks
• Knowledge of environmental policies is a plus
• Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
• Authorized to work in the country of employment
