In this full-time position, you will manage daily operational performance and prioritize safety and compliance. Your knowledge in ramp handling and leadership will be critical in delivering timely, high-quality services to our customer airlines. You will foster a positive work environment while adhering to established safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational and safety excellence on the ramp

• Deliver services to meet customer airline expectations

• Supervise and develop ramp team members

• Maintain comprehensive compliance with regulations

• Conduct incident investigations and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ramp handling

• Bilingual in French and English

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid Driver’s license and DA

• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs when necessary
