Position: Experienced Flight Test Captain Role

This position demands a flexible leader with a valid Canadian ATPL and numerous flight hours. Your responsibilities will include conducting flight tests, participating in demonstration and acceptance flights, and executing thorough pre and post-flight protocols. You will be integral to ensuring that Bombardier's aircraft meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate aircraft airworthiness through rigorous testing

• Execute customer demonstration and acceptance flights

• Handle ferry flights as required

• Lead meticulous pre and post-flight procedures

• Provide weekend support as necessary

Requirements:

• Canadian ATPL license and Class 1 medical required

• Minimum 3,500 flight hours with 500 in command on large multi-engine planes

• Open to irregular work hours and travel

• It is an asset to have flight test experience

• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
