As a Dynamic Courier, you'll be responsible for the effective delivery and pickup of packages without assigned routes. This role emphasizes the importance of strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills as you mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and identify sales opportunities to enhance revenue for Fed Ex.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute timely deliveries across various routes
• Lead by example, mentoring other couriers
• Enhance customer relations through excellent service
• Promote additional services to improve sales
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements:
• At least one year of related courier experience
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 150 lbs
• Must be bilingual in French and English in Quebec
• Successful completion of all mandatory training
