As a skilled pilot, you will collaborate closely with company leadership while also mentoring aspiring pilots. This position demands flexibility and high professionalism to ensure top-level service throughout the flight season. You'll handle everything from pre-flight inspections to regulatory compliance based on Transport Canada standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Command the Airbus AS350 B3 for executive transport

• Conduct pre-and post-flight inspections diligently

• Provide in-flight mentorship and training to new pilots

• File and manage all required flight documentation

• Monitor weather and adjust flight plans accordingly

Requirements:

• Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot Licence – Helicopter required

• Extensive hours on the Airbus AS350 B3 needed

• Minimum of 3,000 flying hours, with 1,500 on turbine helicopters

• Proven leadership as a pilot-in-command preferred

• Bilingual skills in English and French are an asset
