Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate truck transportation services

• Secure and book qualified carriers to fulfill shipping requests

• Monitor shipment status and resolve any delays

• Communicate regularly with clients and warehouse teams

• Ensure accurate dispatching and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• College education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar

• 1-2 years experience in logistics, dispatch, or freight

• Strong understanding of transportation processes and terminology

• Familiarity with transportation management systems

• Must be bilingual in French and English
