Position: Certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Role
Location: Mirabel

Be part of a pioneering effort with Summit Helicopters as a Certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. You will ensure the airworthiness of the Bell 412 helicopter for a new air ambulance program.

This role is crucial as operations launch in September 2026, and requires an experienced AME to maintain rigorous safety and compliance standards. Collaborate with a dedicated team and flight crew members to guarantee aircraft availability and operational readiness throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aircraft maintenance according to industry standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures efficiently

• Work closely with flight crew to maintain operational safety

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately

• Assist in necessary structural and avionics repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of helicopter maintenance experience

• Must hold a valid Transport Canada AME M1/M2 licence

• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills

• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities

• Criminal record check will be required
