Global Series Customer Liaison Pilot; CLP

What you’ll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Global series operators on operational and pilot-related technical questions.
• Act as Bombardier’s Operational Focal for the Global series, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
• Define, refine, and promote Bombardier Operational Standards and contribute to associated publications and documentation.
• Provide pilot support for internal operational flights, production flight tests, demonstrations, and customer missions.
• Offer direct operational expertise to engineering, technical services, flight operations, and customer support departments.
• Participate in operational evaluations, safety initiatives, customer-satisfaction projects, and Global Series Advisory Committee meetings.

• Licensing: Current ATP from the FAA and ATPL from Transport Canada; valid Class 1 Medical.
• Total time: Minimum 2,500 hours multi-crew flight time.
• Type experience: Flight experience on Bombardier Global platform aircraft.
• Operational background: Corporate or airline pilot experience.
• International exposure: Experience in international operations and modern, high-technology cockpit environments (preferred).
• Instructional leadership: Service as Training Captain or Examiner (preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Communication: Strong English communication skills;
  French is an asset.
• Travel-ready: Valid passport.
