In this essential position, you support AIM's rail operations by authorizing railcar releases and preparing timely reports. Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English are critical, along with proficiency in Microsoft tools. Your organizational capabilities will ensure efficient logistics while engaging closely with yard staff to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Authorize and monitor railcar releases to prevent over-shipments

• Ensure proper routing of railcars to respective destinations

• Create routing instructions for diverted railcars

• Track and maintain accurate operational records

• Provide daily updates on available railcars

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in logistics; rail experience preferred

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

• Ability to work effectively under pressure
